Mr. Jianjun “Roger” Liu is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Parts, where for 12 years he has built a reputable business overseeing import & export operations, consulting, sales and B2B ventures between China and North America. Prior to founding Ultra Parts, Roger spent 15 years working for Brilliance China Auto Holding Ltd in China where he was in charge of business development and purchasing department and played a key role in many of Brilliance early JV engagements. Roger brings a vast amount of knowledge in the Chinese automotive market at both the OEM, tier 1 supplier and aftermarket areas. Roger graduated from Colorado Christian University with a master’s degree in business.
Mr. Mark Pagliaroni is President and Chief Operating Officer of Ultra Parts with 35 years automotive experience at American Motors, Chrysler, DaimlerChrysler and Beijing Benz DaimlerChrysler where he spent three years on assignment in Beijing, China as General Manager of Procurement & Supplier Management heading up the localization efforts for Mercedes and Chrysler vehicles. Mark has vast experience in Global Procurement, Sales, Consulting, B2B ventures and Mergers & Acquisitions and has a diverse practical knowledge of Asian business policy, strategy and practice. Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree from Davenport University and obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Eric Zhang is Managing Director of Ultra Parts with vast automotive experience and networks in China. With the experience of supplier management and project management in Volkswagen Shanghai, he developed supplier pool, built up the management system and set up the first China plant for Eberspaecher Group and in charge of the whole company. After that he invested in one Chinese local tier one manufacturer and played the role of Managing Director for many years. Eric has vast experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, Logistic, Operation and has very good contact with China local OEMs and tier one suppliers. Eric received his Bachelor’s Degree of Jilin University, which is the first and most well-known University for automobile in China.
Mr. Mitch Marecki is Business Development Executive of Ultra Parts and is an accomplished automotive executive with over 35 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, International Procurement, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Marecki has held various executive level positions at Katy Steel and Aluminum Co., Chrysler Corporation, Beijing Jeep Corporation, Beijing Benz DaimlerChrysler and Chrysler Motors-China specializing in Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. Mitch has vast experience in M&A and was instrumental in the sale of Delphi Brake & Suspension group to Beijing West Industries. Mitch received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and obtained his M.B.A. from Michigan State University.
Mr. John Lowe is Associate of Ultra Parts and has more than 25 years automotive experience at Park Metal Products, Mexican Industries, Chivas Products, and Continental Lighting in global sales account management, program management, operations and manufacturing management. John specializes in operational improvements focused on achieving increased profitability objectives and coordinating companies’ sales and marketing teams through implementation of marketing strategies that further penetrate existing market share. John graduated from Wayne County College with a degree in business administration.
